Membership Purchases

All membership purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Because members receive access to digital offers, featured content, and promotional benefits, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted.

Business Placement Fees

Payments for business placement, featured offers, founding partner spots, and related promotional services are non-refundable once your business has been approved, scheduled, featured, or promoted.

Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or billed more than once, please contact us promptly. Verified duplicate charges or billing mistakes will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.

Cancellations

If your purchase includes recurring billing, you may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges only and does not create a refund for past charges unless required by law or approved by us in writing.
